What is Eco-Hedonism?

Eco=hedonics The science and art of achieving profound life changing happiness. For starters there is not one way to be happy, that is up to each individual to be honest with themselves, then honest with others, and claim the right to be happy thusly. There is a stupid tax in life, and any coach will tell you to play heads up ball, be aware and stay informed. It is our responsibility for our happiness and to narrow it down and condense it into manageable action plans. It takes courage and great feats to achieve an exceptional life. But you reap what you sow and the rewards are a life lived abundantly. Life is too short to waste time and too long to be miserable. After all what is the worst that can happen, once you can deal with that then fear becomes manageable. All great things are born from -8 seconds of extreme bravery, or profound inspiration. It is a flash and only a few grab true lives fully at those key moments. We love to watch them on movies and TV, to read them with eager adulation, the hero. To achieve true happiness, one must have a clear personal mythology and defiantly be the Hero in our own story. Science must meet religion to get a fourth dimensional understanding of life’s deep complexities. Because it is a matter of needing both linguistically imprints to grok the layers of truth we live by. It is all about having the language to understand an event on more than one level. Ligustical programming and Meta programming are a large way that we can relativize the life experience. But this is the secret to life, a happy one anyway, is to grab the reigns and decide on a holistic level, what we want and expect from our lifespan, and then figure out what specific actions will get you there. WE owe it to ourselves to take each moment as significant. Whether it is true or not, it is a more proactive attitude to view life as having no accidents but a series of relative events and a never ending stream of opportunities to live an exceptional life. Yes I’m talking about the road less traveled, the narrow path of bunyon “pilgrims’ Progress” and this not for everyone. This was illustrated to me in my own life when I once received the employee of the month at a job I was at even before I was through the 3 month probation. One outspoken employee who had been working there for 7 years admitted resentment that she had never been employee of the month. It was made clear to me by a comment by my Dad, that some people will never be employee of the month there whole life. This job will illustrate another point, I had a phone phobia and it was hampering my home business ideas, so I went and got a job at a call center and made 3 to 4 hundred calls a day and not just faced my fear but excelled and was employee of the month. I have chose most of my jobs that way, I was a high-rise window cleaner because of my fear of heights. I like to take jobs that I am under qualified and am challenged and not over qualified and coast through life. But don’t settle for miserable. Confucius say find a job you love and never work a day in your life. So what I am saying is, live an adventure, get excited and why not go and be what you wanted to be when you grew up. And please don’t run and quite your job if your kids will starve, but if the sacrifice harms no one but yourself temporarily, go for gold...If you hate your job, do whatever it takes to get out. Live your dream, and don’t let this feel like a cheesy moment, take this to heart, and really do life right. Why Not, eh? (I’m Canadian) Reference; Strangers in a strange land, (Robert A. Heinlein) Eban pagan Timothy Leary (raw) Noam Chomsky Modern Age Is Rewiring Your Mind, your brain is plastic. You can teach your brain new tricks, skills, languages, and more with repetition, intention, awareness, and patience. He says there is a 10-year rule stating that virtually anyone can become a genius—or at least a superior performer—in a niche if they apply themselves in that area for a decade. The growth mind-set, is one whereby you feel you can learn with enough energy, focus, time, and commitment. ecohedonism http://eco-hedonism.blogspot.ca/2013/05/suicide-girls-are-hottest.html
